Human Resources Representative
The HR Representative manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office. This individual should manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. This person carries out responsibilities in the following areas:
- New employee orientation, recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, make hire recommendations, clear-in new hires, employee relations, and benefits.
- Responsible for monthly medical billing and reconciliation of all premium payments for medical, dental, and life insurance.
Machines & Equipment Used:
- Normally will use several or all of the following: desktop computer, typewriter, copying machine, fax machine, adding machine or any other standard office machines.
Assigned Responsibilities or Duties:
- This person will be responsible for staffing, new employee orientation, employee relations, employee services and counseling, exit interviews, separations and unemployment.
- The Human Resources Representative originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- The Human Resources Representative coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the President, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Normally requires a four (4) year degree plus 1-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
