Meppalli Shandas Named to 2009 SPIE Radar Sensor Technology XIII Conference Project Committee

SPIE is an international society advancing an interdisciplinary approach to the science and application of light. Shandas will join 17 other committee members, all well respected within their fields, to determine the presentation abstracts and manuscripts that best showcase the latest in radar advancements.

Shandas was one of leading contributors to the Tri-Service Microwave Power Module Program managed by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in the early 1990s where the MPM was invented.
