Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator at dB Control you are responsible for working with the Program Management, Engineering, and Marketing departments to help with:

  • Preparation for customer visits
  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Emails to customers
  • Working with our travel agency to make travel arrangements
  • Data Entry
  • Faxing/Mailing
  • Copying
  • Typing/Formatting
  • Back-up for the receptionist
  • Misc. tasks as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to take the initiative and work well independently
  • Ability to multitask

Required Software Skills:

  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

Beneficial Software Skills:

  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Access
  • MRP System
