Program Manager
As a Program Manager at dB Control you are responsible for the overall management of the project, specifically the scheduling and planning. You will be the main point of contact with the customer after an order is received and represent dB Control in all matters for your assigned programs. This includes providing timely responses and updates, as often as required. You will track and provide status of all action items and the project as a whole, both to the customer and internal teams (such as Engineering, Marketing, etc.). You will be sending and receiving documentation to and from customers/key suppliers and relaying requests and questions between the customer/key supplier and our engineering team and ensuring follow-up. You will use the program schedule to monitor the program progress and help develop work around plans to address schedule slips and related issues. You will also be initiating and facilitating meetings including; customer teleconferences, design reviews and technical interchange meetings. You will be interfacing with nearly all departments within the company. You will also have the responsibility of updating and maintaining certain departmental reports.
