dB Control is hiring Engineering Assembly assemblers to build high voltage power supplies and RF amplifier systems.
We are a manufacturer of military high-power transmitters and power supplies, designing and manufacturing products for over 25 years. All phases of manufacturing are performed at dB Control, from electrical and mechanical design, assembly, encapsulation, and test. Along with manufacturing on going production orders for the past 25 years, dB Controls is continually developing new products every year. These products are developed for multiple platform applications, airborne, shipboard, and ground.
Qualifications:
- Should have a high school diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of related assembly experience.
- Has experience and knowledge building and soldering highly complex assemblies for high voltage applications
- Experience in building system level chassis wiring assemblies including connector and cable harnessing.
- Able to work to redlines and verbal instructions.
- J-STD-001 certified a plus, but not required.
- Can read and understand blueprints, schematic, and procedures.
- Good communication skills.
Assigned Responsibilities:
- Work closely and provide technical support with engineering team to build and assemble new design and development products.
- Work on a wide range of product types from small modular power modules to rack mounted systems.
- Rework or modify new designs to incorporate changes as needed in the testing phase.
- Closely work with engineering group to do final assembly on system level products.
